What do we do?

Bridging the gap between IT teams & business departments and democratising IT within large organisations.

The world is digitalising at an incredible pace, and it's only natural that a few bricks were left out when the wall was built. In recent years, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) has become the cornerstone of the digital transformation of companies. Yet, this SaaS-based foundation can be a double-edged sword revealing IT vulnerabilities and giving way to unforeseen challenges such as GDPR non-compliance, cyber threats, data breach or loss and more.

However, SaaS adoption shouldn't be limited. On the contrary, it should be democratised as it increases employee productivity, enhances innovation, improves agility and builds employee retention. Beamy offers a way to establish 'ordered freedom' while reducing risk. It reinforces the independent implementation and use of SaaS by thousands of employees in large organisations while ensuring that IT teams have the final say on what is purchased and used, even at the departmental level.

SaaS explosion in large organisations is one of the major challenges ahead. We were convinced by Beamy's unique model and the motivation of its founders to provide an appropriate response to this challenge: unifying the SaaS stack and facilitating access to the technology.

What we’ve accomplished?

Back in 2017, Beamy had a hunch that the future of digitalisation would become entangled with SaaS. Managing the explosion of SaaS was an immediate need, but there was a necessity to go beyond simply managing these apps. There was a need to govern and democratise IT for everyone.

Beamy put in many hours in the first few years to transform the initial vision into an actual product with high-added value. It was in 2020, after 4 successive mutations, that the SaaS Governance platform for large companies was launched.

Our value proposition is now well-understood and reciprocated by companies worldwide. Over the year 2021 only, Beamy saw a rise from 4 to 24 recurring customers including LVMH, BNP Paribas, Orange, Heineken, and Decathlon among others. This milestone allowed us to raise $9 Million in early 2022, in a Series A round.

Quick Facts
International at heart
Beamy has French roots, but was able to expand to the international markets. This was only made possible because we embraced a culture where English is the working language, and international candidates are wholeheartedly welcomed. We also provide Beamers, with free access to an English coaching platform where they can sign up for flexible private online lessons.
Unique value proposition
Beamy’s product solutions are tailor-made only for large groups. Our product solves the current and foreseeable governance issues of large groups independently. Years of experience with many well-established client organisations have prepared us to build solutions that will be a "must-have" in the coming years.
